How long do I have to make a return?​

You have 30 days to make a return. You must have posted the return back to us within the 30 day return period. 

Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?

Yes, currently all returns must be paid for by the customer. We hope to be able to offer free UK returns in the near future.

Do I have to tell you I am returning?

We would always recommend contacting us to let us know what items your are returning and giving us any return parcel tracking numbers you have. Please make sure you include something in your return parcel with your name or order number so we can identify your return.​

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?​

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons please try on any items over existing underwear when possible.

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

How and when will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
