How do I return an item?

Simple, just pop it in the post to us. Don't forget to keep any receipts and tracking numbers! You can see our full return information here.

What is your returns policy? 

You have 30 days to return any items to us for a refund.

Please ensure you leave any hygiene strips in the products or we will be unable to accept them back.

How do I track my order? 

Please get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to provide you with your tracking number.

Do you provide International delivery? 

Yes, you can see the countries we currently ship to here. Please contact us before placing an order for a customized delivery quote if your country is not listed.

What are your delivery options?

We currently only offer a standard service which is usually delivered in 7-14 working days. For orders to the UK sometimes this may be longer, please allow up to 10 working days extra before contacting us.
